The MIT Sloan Africa Business Club will be holding its inaugural
conference this year on April 1st 2011 at the MIT Media Lab. Themed
Africa 2.0, the conference aims
to bring together a mix of speakers and
panel sessions covering areas of innovation in Africa including
Technology, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Media & Entertainment, Energy
and Mobile/Telecoms .
The conference will also feature an Africa Innovate
Business Plan Competition aimed at spotlighting and rewarding innovative
ideas that have the potential to change the face of the continent.
The conference is billed to feature a range of panels ranging from
mobile to entrepreneurship.
